1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through our online shop by consumers and businesses.

By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded when you complete the order process by clicking the purchase button.

All prices include applicable taxes. Delivery costs will be added at checkout. Payment methods accepted are displayed during the order process.

5. Delivery
We deliver to selected countries. Delivery times and conditions are stated during checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on destination.

6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a 3-day right of withdrawal.

7. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment is received.

8. Liability
We are liable for damages caused by intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are liable only in case of breach of essential contractual obligations.

9. Final Provisions
The laws of Georgia shall apply. For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection regulations of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence shall also apply.

Cancellation Policy

According to EU consumer protection laws, consumers generally have a right to cancel a purchase within 14 days. However, this right does **not apply to certain types of products**, including:

- **Custom-made or personalized items** (e.g. made-to-order products, artworks, prints made on request)

- **Digital content** that is not supplied on a physical medium and where the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment of losing their right of withdrawal.

Since our products are produced individually for each customer after an order is placed, **we do not offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges**.

By placing an order, you agree to waive your right of withdrawal as defined in Article 16(c) and (m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
